Failure of Payment or other legal action pursuant to this order will be governed by Wisconsin Law and the courts of Waukesha County, Wisconsin shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. 90 DAY WARRANTY: Warranty Applies to electronic parts (i.e., bill acceptor, power supply and monitor). It does not include damages incurred during usage. Items covered under the warranty are to be shipped at the buyer’s expense (repaired or replaced items will be shipped at seller's expense). Warranty is void if stickers are removed. Warranty is void if equipment is tampered with by anyone other than NewCherryMaster, LLC technical support. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance.

There may be an extra charge for palletizing/crating. We will ship anywhere in the continental USA. Orders to HI & AK must be approved prior to order processing and additional shipping costs will be required. Payments must be received within 3 days of submitting order. We accept Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer, Paypal, or Credit Cards. Payment must be received BEFORE order processing. Average ship time is 3-7 business days through UPS Ground. NOTE: There are NO refunds and NO returns on orders. If there are any issues with customer satisfaction NewCherryMaster, LLC will do whatever is possible to ensure your total satisfaction. DISCLAIMER: We are not responsible for damages during shipping and recommend that all items be insured. We also recommend that prior to installation allow machine to rest at room temperature before plugging machine in.
